About the Founder
Olamijulo Famurewa is a passionate humanitarian and seasoned public servant with a lifelong commitment to service, community upliftment, and social impact. Originally from Ilesha, Osun State in Nigeria, Mr. Famurewa’s journey has been shaped by a strong dedication to education, empathy, and empowering others. He holds an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Banking from Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti. His academic background laid a solid foundation for his service-oriented career and philanthropic vision.
Having lived in the United Kingdom for over two decades, Mr. Famurewa is currently a valued member of staff at Luton Borough Council, where he continues to serve the public with integrity and compassion. Throughout his life, he has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to helping others, a trait he developed from an early age and one that continues to define his mission today. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the *Olamijulo Famurewa Foundation*, he leads initiatives focused on poverty alleviation, education, community development, and support for vulnerable individuals and families. His leadership is guided by the belief that giving is not just an act, but a way of life, a philosophy that drives every effort and outreach program spearheaded by the foundation. With a heart for service and a vision for a better world, Mr. Famurewa continues to inspire change and create lasting impact across communities, both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
